AheadTrace is a product experiment operated by Syrlabs. This website collects interest in a proposed AI agent review tool. The interactive examples use fixed sample data; they do not connect to your tools or inspect your workspace.
Joining the waitlist saves your email and any optional answers you provide. It does not create an account, connect an agent, or grant access to your files.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store:
- Your email address, normalized to lowercase so duplicate signups can be handled consistently.
- Your team size and biggest concern, if you choose to answer those optional questions.
- The version of the consent wording, the time you gave consent, and the signup creation time.
We do not ask for production data, customer records, source code, passwords, or API keys. Please do not send these when contacting us about the product.
Why we use it
With your agreement, Syrlabs may use your email to contact you about AheadTrace early access and product research. Optional answers help us understand which workflows to explore first. There is no automatic confirmation email, and joining does not promise an invitation or a launch date.
Submitting the same email again does not update an existing signup. To correct your information or change your preferences, contact us.
Where it is stored
The waitlist is stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database for AheadTrace, separate from the databases used by our other website experiments. Cloudflare also hosts this website and processes requests to deliver it and protect the service. There is no public endpoint for reading the waitlist.
Like other hosting providers, Cloudflare processes request information such as your IP address as part of delivering and securing the website. Our submission rate limiter uses the request IP address to limit repeated attempts. We do not write IP addresses to the waitlist database. Service-provider processing is subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity, or other visitor analytics scripts. We do not set a signup-tracking cookie. The form sends the information you submit directly to this website’s signup endpoint.
We do not sell waitlist information or use it for advertising. Our hosting provider processes data as needed to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We will manually review waitlist records within 12 months of signup and remove records that are no longer needed for early access or product research. This is a manual operating commitment; the site does not currently run an automatic deletion job. You can request removal sooner.
Your choices and contact
You can ask to leave the waitlist, stop further contact, correct your details, or delete your signup by emailing wsjzs@hotmail.com. Please contact us from the address you used to join where possible. We may need to verify that you control that email before changing or deleting its record.
For privacy questions, use the same address and mention AheadTrace. If the product’s data practices change, we will update this page and seek any additional permission needed before using waitlist information for a materially different purpose.
