THE REVIEW LAYER FOR AGENTIC WORK

Move fast.
Preview the
blast radius.

Your AI agent is ready to act.
Are you ready for what happens next?

A proposed rehearsal layer for the files, data, and external actions your agent is about to touch. See the plan. Review the consequences. Then decide.

FROM “LET IT RUN”

To “show me what happens first.”

THAT’S THE IDEA. ↗

01 / BEFORE THE FIRST TOOL CALL

A little rehearsal.
A lot more context.

Explore three scripted scenarios. Nothing connects to your tools, runs code, or changes your data.

THE AGENT’S TASK

“Clean up the old files
and open a pull request.”

A small maintenance task. With one not-so-small assumption about what “old” means.

02 / AUTONOMY WITH A REVIEW POINT

The missing step
between intent and impact.

We’re exploring a practical review layer for developers and small teams handing real tools to agents.

01 / REHEARSE

A workspace before
your workspace.

The goal: rehearse supported actions in an isolated environment and make proposed file changes easy to inspect.

PLANNED CAPABILITY
02 / INSPECT

Know what crosses
the boundary.

Surface the data an agent proposes to send to external tools. Review destinations and intended operations in one place.

PLANNED CAPABILITY
03 / DECIDE

A decision.
With the details.

Review an action plan before execution. Unknown side effects should stay explicit, with a human checkpoint for consequential actions.

PLANNED CAPABILITY

A BIG IDEA. A DELIBERATE START.

Agents can be ambitious.
Approvals should be informed.

Our first focus is developer agents: repository changes, outbound tool calls, and approval checkpoints. A sandbox alone doesn’t explain the consequences. A log after the fact arrives too late.

AheadTrace is a product concept in development. We are not promising perfect prediction, universal tool coverage, or a way to undo every action. The waitlist helps us decide what to build first.

BEFORE YOU BOARD

A few straight answers.

Can I use AheadTrace with my agent today?

Not yet. This is a waitlist for a product in development. The interactive preview uses fixed examples; it does not connect to agents, inspect code, or run a security assessment.

Is this another agent framework?

The proposed focus is the review step before supported tool actions. We intend to start with developer workflows rather than replace your agent or orchestrator. Integrations are still being researched.

Will it prevent every bad action?

No. A rehearsal can differ from production, external services may not support safe simulation, and agent behavior can change. The product direction is clearer review and explicit boundaries, not a guarantee of safety.

What happens when I join?

We save your email and optional answers in a dedicated waitlist database. Syrlabs may contact you for product research and early access. There is no automatic confirmation email, payment, or account creation.
